The New York State Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission and Institute for Nonviolence is a unique organization dedicated to achieving social justice through education, advocacy and training in King-ian Nonviolence to address the social ills of racism, poverty, militarism and all forms of violence to achieve Dr. King's vision of the "Beloved Community". |

Dr. King introduced 5 leadership principles to those who faced challenges in the health care field. The five principles where designed to teach those who faced fear and intimidation.
